Cancellations
We have a 24-hour return policy, which means you have 24 hours after submitting your order to request a cancellation.
To start a cancellation, you can contact us at numericalchanges@gmail.com. Please note that if your e-mail is received within 24 hours, a refund will be sent to the original form of payment.

Incorrect data and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the report contains an incorrect name or date of birth so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received your cancellation request and whether your refund was approved. You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within ten business days if approved. However, please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
